Practicing

Golf is the most difficult sport to play at a high level due to the amount of practice necessary to break the ellusive barrier of par.

“I’ve never had a coach in my life. When I find one that can beat me, then I’ll listen.” - Lee Trevino

“Never try a shot you haven’t practiced.” -Harvey Penick

“The more I practiced the luckier I get.” -Gary Player

Coaches and instructors are useful to help your score, but they only help your game so much. In order to truly obtain the score you desire, practicing at home with useful training aids and even outdoor practice and driving mats that provide the realistic feel a driving range would provide without the expense.
